Resepi ni saya ambil dari blog kraft..

3pkg.  (8 oz. each) philadelphia cream cheese, softened
3/4cup  sugar
1cup  breakstone's or knudsen sour cream
1tsp.  vanilla
4 eggsmake it


  1. heat oven to 350°f.
  2. crush 28 cookies finely; coarsely chop remaining cookies. 
  3. mix crushed cookies with butter; press onto bottom and 2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan.
  4. beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  5. add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
  6. add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  7. stir in chopped cookies.
  8. pour into crust.bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until center is almost set.
  9.  run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
  10. refrigerate 4 hours.
