We start with the starter 1st
100gm discard levine
100gm bread flour
50gm tap water
2 table spoons milk powder
How to do it :-
Mix well all this and let is rest for 6-8hours. Normally i mix it before i sleep. Next morning i can use the starter

The way to do it:-
Mix water and flour. Cook with slow heat.
Stir and Cook for 7-10 minutes. Let cool before use
1kg bread flour
1 nos egg
2 table spoon milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
Whole water roux
Mix all ingredients except butter till dough comes together.
Add in butter and knead till pass window pane test.
Put in the bread pan or mold. Let it rest for 6-8 hours depending on the weather.
I'm using big mixer it easier for me. As you guys also can use bread maker
